Scrapbook page depicting three engravings. One showing construction of the Brooklyn Bridge. View from one of the bridge towers, showing scaffolding, cables, pulleys, and a temporary walkway between the bridge towers. Also showing two men in top hats, and a woman with an umbrella or parasol. Initials G.G. engraved on lower left, and W.M.g.C. engraved on lower right.
Second engraving shows the towers and cables of the Brooklyn Bridge while under construction. A horse and cart are depicted at the base of one of the bridge towers. Also showing a sailing ship and a rowboat in the East River. The engraver's initials - G.G. - are included in the bottom lower left corner.
Third engraving shows the main arch and bridge of the sally-port (main entrance) of Fort Columbus on Governor's Island. A soldier with a bayonette is shown on the walkway. Engraver's signature is present on recto, but illegible.
