Smith's Point on Great South Bay. Colonel William Smith called Tangier Smith built the St. George Manor house, the third upon the spot in 1810 and [near?] by is the family graveyard. Near Bellport near St. George's fort is the house where Willian Floyd Smith, one opf the signers of the Declaration of Independence, lived. [handwritten on page]
