Description A portion of the Fresh Creek inlet from Jamaica Bay in 1914; includes the worn posts of previous structures. Based on handwritten note on the slide, this is the site of the Vanderveer Mill, also known as the Red Mills, that burned down in 1879. (Van der Veer Mill Site - 1914 - Dr. Ralph I.
